Black And White Bathrooms

Although primarily associated with the Art Deco period, black and white continues to be a popular scheme for the bathroom. For a traditional setting think chunky pedestal basins and high level WCs in crisp white porcelain set against black and white tiles. Aston Matthews' Carlton and Elysee sanitaryware is the perfect fit and the Deco range of taps and shower fittings is based on original 1930s patterns.
To shake the look up a bit choose black sanitaryware instead of traditional white or simply introduce black ceramic handles for the taps, these are available across the Berkeley range.
One of the joys of a monochrome scheme is that you can update the look whenever you want, adding splashes of colour with accessories and towels.
