On the continent wall hung sanitaryware is extremely popular, but it has taken longer to catch on in the UK despite the fact that it looks good and has many practical advantages.
Wall hung basins, bidets and WCs are suspended off the floor so there are no awkward pedestals to clean around. Wall hung sanitaryware also has the advantage of making a small bathroom look much bigger as more of the floor is exposed. The wall hung bidet and toilet are held up by a sturdy support which is hidden in a false wall. This system also operates the concealed cistern. If you have any concerns regarding the strength of these supports, there really is no need, as they are designed to hold up to 63 stone in weight!
